Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Carthage Nursing Home, Mucklagh. Ita will be sadly missed by her loving husband Liam, daughter Leslie Adams, son Stephen, son in law Nicholas, daughter in law Jennifer, grandchildren Scott O'Reilly, Jacob O'Reilly, Declan Adams, Conor Adams (Julia), great grandchild Willow Grace Adams, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore (R35 FC84) on Monday (6th October) from 5pm until Removal at 6.30pm to the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning (7th October) at 10am. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore. Family flowers only.
