The death has occurred of Ita Murphy of 11 The Willows Classes Lake Ballincollig Co Cork and formerly of Coolduve Lissarda Kilmurry on 11 November 2021 suddenly in the excellent care of the ICU staff at Cork University Hospital. Ita, beloved daughter of the late William and Nancy Murphy and much loved youngest sister of Tony, Elsie, Tim, Mary and William, brother in law, Billy , sisters in law, Elizabeth, Joan, Martina, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Fitz-Gerald’s Funeral Home, Macroom, Co. Cork, on Sunday, 14 November, from 4pm to 6pm. Arriving for Requiem Mass on Monday, 15 November, at 2.30pm in St Mary’s Church, Kilmurry and will be streamed on www.munsterfunerallivestream.ie/ita-murphy. Funeral afterwards in St Finbarr’s Cemetery Kilmurry. House private, please. Following government and HSE guidelines, please wear a mask if attending and refrain from shaking hands with family.
