It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Ita Tobin (née O’Reilly) Shanabooley Road, Ballynanty, Limerick.

On August 23rd 2025, peacefully, at St. Michael’s Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Gabriel, parents Mary and William and siblings Johnny, Paddy, Nancy, Mary and Michael.

Very deeply regretted by her daughters Aisling and Laura, sons Gerard and Michael, sons-in-law Darren and Michael, daughter-in-law Annemarie, grandchildren Jennifer, Ellen, Sarah, Kate, Fern, Sean, Luke, Darragh, Ciara, Ben, Conor, Lucy and Lily, great grandchildren Logan, Rian and Croíadh nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Monday, August 25th, from 4pm to 5.30pm.followed by removal to St. Munchin's Church, Clancy Strand.

Requiem Mass Tuesday, August 26th, at 11am funeral afterwards to Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.
