(née Jenkins)

Castlebyrne Park, Blackrock, Dublin / Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

O’REILLY (née Jenkins) (Castlebyrne Park, Blackrock and formerly of Smyths Villas, York Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – July 9th 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Anne’s Ward, St. Vincent’s University Hospital after an illness fought with great courage. Jacinta (Sinty); dearly beloved partner and best friend of Dermot, much loved and adored mother to Amanda, Lisa, Julie, John-Paul, Gavin, Janice, Darren and Edel, devoted nanny to Jodie, Luke, Taylor, Ava, Aurora, Eyra, Poppy, Conán, Katie and the late baby Charlie, predeceased by her parents John and June, brothers Willie and John (Jinks) and her best friend Breda (Daniels). She will be very sadly missed by Dermot, daughters, sons, sons-in-law Paul, Darren, Hempo and Shane, grandchildren, her sisters and brothers Mary, Jane, Joseph, Michael and Michelle, sister-in-law Valerie, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends and great neighbours.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 PW73 on Thursday (July 11th) from 5pm to 7pm with family present (all welcome to attend). Removal on Saturday (July 13th) from her home to St. Patrick’s Church, Monkstown arriving for 12 noon Requiem Mass.
