The death has occurred of
JACK AHERNE
Aherne (Clevedon, Carrigaline and formerly of St. Philomena’s Place), On May 26th 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Cork University Hospital, Jack, (late of Henry Ford & Son and Jack Aherne Cycles), dearly beloved husband of the late Theresa (nee McSweeney) and loving father of Linda, Shirley, Paul, Mag’s and Lorraine. Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Paul, Mag’s partner Whitey, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Denis, nephews, nieces, relatives and large circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Wednesday (28th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Funeral on Thursday (29th) after 2.00pm Requiem Mass at The Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline which may be viewed on Link Here to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carrigaline.
