Jack (Frederick) Spivack of Woodbrook Glen, Bray, Co. Wicklow. 17th May 2017, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Remembered with love by his wife Doreen, children Estelle, Karen, Peter, Joanna & Gavin, sister Sharon, daughter-in-law Tina, sons-in-law Jimmy, Jeff and Bobby, grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends.
Jack's life will be celebrated in The Victorian Chapel Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W on Saturday afternoon, 20th May, at 3pm. No flowers by request. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice. House private.
