HOLLYWOOD Jack (Late of Ballymun) August 17th 2023. Passed peacefully after a short illness in the loving care of his family and the staff of St. Raphael's Ward, Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Rita and loving father of Jacqueline, Mark and Lisa. Sadly missed by his family, grandchildren Evan, Courtney, Craig, Jade, Megan, Kurt, Leah, Robyn, Jake and Ben, great-grandchildren Caelan and Kaia, sons-in-law Gary and Dean, daughter-in-law Yvonne, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening, August 22nd, from 6pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning, August 23rd, at 10am at the Church of The Holy Spirit, Sillogue Road, followed by cremation at Dardistown Crematorium at 11.20am approximately.
