Jack (Jackie) Finlay

Jack (Jackie) Finlay of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, died peacefully at home on Friday, 23rd August 2024, following a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Teresa and only son of the late Thomas and Mary Finlay. Much loved and adored Dad of Marie, Rita, Olive, Edel, Joan, Adrian and Denise, father-in-law of Dave, Chris, Stephen, Geoff and Maeve. Cherished Grandad of Daniel, Ross and Amy, Jenna, Cián, Keely, Seán and the late Halla Matthea, Claire, Eoin and Shane, Dylan and Cody, and Sadhbh, Rory and Dara. He will be greatly missed by his children, grandchildren, cousins, extended family, many friends and by his best friend Bonnie.

on Monday, 26th August 2024 at 7.00pm.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, on Sunday (Aug. 25) from 3.00pm – 5.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (Aug. 26) at 11.00am in St. Fergal’s Church, Ballywaltrim, followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Wicklow Hospice.
