The death has occurred of Jack (John) Sloane, Newtown, Enfield, Co Meath, formerly of Ballymahon, Co. Longford, February 17th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his family at Connolly Hospital. Beloved husband of Breda and adored father of John and Ray, loving grandfather of Keelan, Oisin, Darragh and Abbie. Deeply regretted by his sister Anne and deceased siblings, daughters in law Deirdre and Denise, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, his wonderful neighbours and friends.
May Jack Rest in Peace
Jack will be reposing in Murty O Neill and Sons Funeral Home, Johnstown Bridge (A83 CD39) on Thursday evening from 5pm concluding with rosary at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday in the Church of the Nativity, Newtown Enfield (A83 YY49) at 11.30 am followed by burial afterwards in St Mary's Cemetery, Killyon Hill of Down (A83 P300). Family flowers only please.
