Pre-deceased by his grandad Tommy.
Jack will be deeply missed and forever loved by his heartbroken parents Debbie and Maurice, devoted brother Alex, grandparents Maureen, Jean and Sean, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph’s Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown (C15 C425) on Sunday, 23rd February from 3pm-6pm. Arriving at St. Ultan’s Church, Bohermeen on Monday, 24th February for Funeral Mass at 11 am (Livestream). Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
