Jack Terence Harmes

Jack, passed away peacefully at home on Friday 4th June. 

Our cheeky monkey will be deeply missed by his heartbroken parents Christine & David, grandparents Tommy & Peggy, Sheila & Terry and Uncle Tommy, Auntie Katie & Uncle Mick, cousins Jonathon, Laura & Rebecca, extended family and friends in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, his wonderful doctors, nurses and carers, teachers, school friends and neighbours.

May He Rest In Peace.

Jack will repose at home on Sunday 6th from 5-8pm and Monday 7th from 3-6pm.  House private at all other times.

Due to current restrictions a private family funeral (max 50 mourners) will take place. Jack will leave home on Tuesday 8th to arrive at St. Mochta’s Church, Porterstown, Dublin 15 for 10am Mass which may be viewed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/camera/st-mochtas-church-dublin-15 .

Jack will be laid to rest at Mulhuddart Cemetery.
