CONWAY (née Carter), Jackie (Churchtown and formerly of Tallaght and a Carer to many), 13th December 2024 (peacefully) after a short illness in St. James’s Hospital. She will be deeply missed and remembered with much love and affection by her heartbroken husband and best friend Alan, daughter Lynn, sons Alan and Derek, their partners, her adored grandchildren Jack, Alex, Sophie, Kayden, Alan and Ryan, sisters Lily, Mary and Martina, brothers Thomas and Paul, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Monday afternoon (16th December) from 3pm to 5pm and Tuesday morning (17th December) from 09.30am prior to her removal to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross arriving for a Funeral Service at 2.30pm (which can be viewed live on this link https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/)
