Jackie Feeney

The death has occurred of Jackie Feeney, Leitra, Glenamaddy, Co Galway. On 4th October 2024, peacefully, in his 96th year at the Roscommon Hospice.

Predeceased by his daughter Anne, son Paraic and his sister Mary Coyne.

Sadly missed by his beloved wife Olive, sons Gerry and John, daughters Marie, Orla and Deirdre; sisters Nora Higgins and Kathleen Feeney; daughter-in-law Alma, sons - in- law Nigel, Rob, Jens, Bill and Pat; his grandchildren Eve, Saoirse, Eoin, Oliver, Iarlath, Conor, Myrna, Leo, Nara, Niamh, Leyna, Eddie, Cormac and Iris; brothers- in - law Willie, Sean Keaveney and his wife Ann, nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

A special word of appreciation to the staff of St Enda's ward, University Hospital Galway who took such great care of Jackie in recent weeks.

Jackie will be reposing at his son Gerry's residence on Sunday 6th October (F45 CK33) from 4 - 7 pm.

The funeral mass will be held at St Patrick's Church, Glenamaddy (F45 A339) on Monday 7th October at 11 am followed by burial in Creggs Road Cemetery.
