Jackie Mons

The death has occurred of Jackie Mons, Letterfore, Recess, Co. Galway and formerly of Glann Oughterard, Co. Galway. Peacefully at U.H.G on June 5th, 2025, surrounded by those who loved him.

 

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife and best friend Mary, sister Geraldine, brother Jimmy, brother-in-law Joe, nephew Rob, his beloved Karen (McDonagh) and family, and all his good friends and neighbours.

 

May he rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home (H91EV52), Oughterard, Co. Galway on Sunday June 8th, 2025 from 5.30pm until 7pm.
Arriving for Funeral Mass to the Church of the Immaculate Conception Oughterard at 11am, on Monday, June 9th, 2025.
Burial afterwards to Moycullen cemetery.
