Late of Irish Tugs
Peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of all at St. Bernadette’s Ward Bons Secours Hospital Cork. Beloved husband of Josephine (nee Jones) much-loved father of Ann-Marie, Geraldine, Cathy, John, Joanne, Ciara and the late Mary. Dear brother of Mary, Noel, Declan, Michael, Pat, the late Helen and the recently deceased Arthur (Buddy). Jackie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, son, daughters, brothers, sister, grandchildren Martin and his wife Sarah, Jane, Paul, Jack, Ewan, Rachael, Lucy, Ella, Phoebe and Noah, great granddaughters Cora, Darcy and Pippa, daughters-in-law Marina and Caroline, sons-in-law David, Colm, John F and Mike, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends to include all his seafaring companions.

Jackie will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home Newtown Rd., Cobh on Monday March 18th from 5.30pm with prayers at 7pm.
Reception into St. Colman’s Cathedral on Tuesday March 19th at 1.45pm for 2pm Requiem Mass followed by burial in Old Church Cemetery.
Jackie’s Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on mcn.live/camera/st-colmans
