Jacob Perkins

Perkins Jacob (6th November 2022) (Clondalkin) peacefully, surrounded by his loving family after a battle with cancer in the wonderful care of all the staff of Our Lady’s Hospital; beloved and adored son of Suzanne and Doug, much loved and treasured brother of Veda, Kayleigh, Alex, Tristan, Susie and David; Jacob will be sadly missed by his parents, sisters, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and everyone who was lucky enough to meet him.

Reposing at home on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday, 9th November, for those who knew Jacob. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11am in Church of the Tranfiguration, Bawnogue followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery for those who knew Jacob.
