The death has occurred of
Jacob Rafferty
Dearly loved son of Adrian and Emma, much loved brother of Jessica, Elizabeth, Oliver and George; sadly missed by his loving parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
May he Rest in Peace.
A private family funeral for Jacob will take place in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin.
