Jacqueline Anne (Jacqui) Browne

Jacqueline Anne (Jacqui) Browne of Abri, Fenit and formerly of Ballyard, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully at home on 23rd June 2025, surrounded by her loving family and supported by the wonderful Palliative Care Team.

Jacqui is predeceased by her parents Donal E. and Jean (nee Boursin) and her brother-in-law Jean Paul Baro.

Survived by her heartbroken family, brothers and sisters Michélè (Clement), Donal J., Kevin and Sharon, her nieces and nephew Gabrielle, Ciara, Daniel & Sophie, sister-in-law Lorna, brother-in-law Peter, her cousins, colleagues, neighbours and many friends, especially those in the Irish Thalidomide Community.

Rest in the Valley of Peace.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Thursday (26th June) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Friday at 11.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Jacqui will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.stjohns.ie and ISL Interpretation will be available for Jacqui’s funeral mass). Private cremation will follow.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. or the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation or www.guidedogs.ie), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
