Jacquelyn Doak
(née Potts)
Jacquelyn Doak, (nee Potts), Raheny, Dublin, passed away on 17th December, 2025,
suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Mater Hospital.
Loving wife of Barry for 61 years and darling mum of Barry, Nicky, Debbie, Laura and Steven.
So sadly missed by her family, sisters Joyce and Suzanne, sons in law, daughters in law, her 13 grandchildren; Chris, Andy, Alana, Daniel, Sarah, Jessica, Maria, Clara, Darragh, Cianna, Cathal, Oisin, Senan and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Diane.

A funeral service to celebrate Jacquelyn’s life will take place on Wednesday, the 24th of December (Christmas Eve) at 11 o’clock in All Saints’ Church of Ireland, Raheny, with cremation afterwards in Dardistown Crematorium.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
