Jacquelyn Doak, (nee Potts), Raheny, Dublin, Passed away on 17th December 2025.

Suddenly but peacefully surrounded by her family at the Mater Hospital.

Loving wife of Barry for 61 years and darling Mum of Barry, Nicky, Debbie, Laura and Steven.

So sadly, missed by her family, sisters Joyce and Suzanne sons in law, daughters in law, her 13 grandchildren, Chris, Andrew, Alanah, Daniel, Sarah, Jessica, Maria, Clara, Darragh, Cianna, Cathal, Oisin and Senan and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Diane.
