Jakawan (Jak) Pugh Melrose, Nenagh & formerly of Hay on Wye, Wales. Passed away peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his wife Olivia (Gleeson) & his beloved daughters Rubi, Lexi & Faye, Olivia's son Karim, extended family neighbours and friends.
