Flannery, Stonepark, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. 22nd November 2025. Jake Joseph unexpectedly at his home. Dearly loved and sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Dan and Charlie, his brother Daniel, sisters Molly Jo and Mary Lyn, grandparents Robbie and Geraldine Mahon, aunts, uncles, many cousins, work colleagues and friends.

Reposing at the Family Home, Stonepark, (F56 DR67) on Tuesday 25th Nov. from 4pm to 8pm, and also Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. House Private to family at all other times, and on Thursday morning please.

Removal on Thursday to the Church of The Immaculate Conception to arrive for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 4pm.
