Jake will be deeply missed and his memories kept alive by his heartbroken family, his sons Brayden and Jamie and their mother Chloe, his parents Michael and Anne, his sisters Amanda and Zoe, Amanda’s partner Paul, his brother Jordan, Eileen and his extended Family in Carlow, The Sheeran Family in Athy, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
