The death has occurred of
JAMES A. (Seamus) WALSH
Walsh (Shamrock Lawn, Douglas) On January 31st 2026, peacefully in the exceptional care of the Staff at Padre Pio Nursing Home, James A. (Seamus) (late of Cork City Council), beloved husband of Geraldine (nee Gleeson) and loving father of Rose-Mary, dear father-in-law of Michael Muldoon and brother of Breda, Michael and the late Donal. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Sullivans Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Tuesday (3rd) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Wednesday (4th) in St. Columbas Church, Douglas, followed by burial at St. John’s Cemetery, Ballinrea.
