James Aidan O'Shea (Corney)

Following a very short illness, James Aidan passed from this life peacefully after receiving exceptional care from the medical teams at ward GC1 Cork University Hospital Cork.

Son of the late Timothy and Margaret, brother of the late Pad, Johnny and Nellie (Daly), brother in law of the late Mick Daly, godfather and uncle of the late Theresa Daly Kidney, uncle of the late Kieran and Linda Harte.

Deeply missed by his nephew Paul, niece in law Ornnicha, grandnieces Tara and Katherina, his sister Joan (Harte), brother in law Tom Harte, nieces, nephews, his nephew Tony Daly and his family, grandnieces, grandnephews, his first cousin Maureen Rochford, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in T Wallis and Sons Funeral Home Riverside Way Midleton Co Cork P25YR22 from 6pm to 7pm on Monday 16th February 2026.

Reception into St. Mary's Church Ladysbridge Co Cork on Tuesday 17th February 2026 for Requiem Mass at 11.30am.

Burial afterwards in Bohillane cemetery.
