James (Buddy) Kelly

Formerly of Ballygorey, Buddy passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday. Beloved husband of Alice, father of Kathleen, Richard, Maureen (Conneely), Seamus & Barry. Dearly loved brother of Maureen (Briscoe), Ned, Mattie, Bill, Kathleen (Synnott), Pedro, Margaret (Coffey), John, Noel & Bernie (O’Hanlon). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Eanna & James, daughters-in-law Yvonne & Rosie, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, much loved grandchildren Kim, Ailísh, Jane, Kevin and Ciara and great grandchildren Charlie and Lily, extended family and friends.

Buddy is predeceased by his parents Kathleen & Sonny, sisters Geraldine, Josie (Foran), Eileen (Simpson) and Annie (Kirk) and his brother Dick.

Reposing at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. Arriving on Saturday at St. Kevin's Church Carrigeen (via his residence) for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Internment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private at all times please.
