James CARDIFF

CARDIFF, James (Jim), died in Buckinghamshire, England on 30th October 2024 aged 85. A dedicated teacher, loving father to Catriona and Edward and devoted grandfather to Elliot and Ophelia. Born in Dublin on 15th December 1938, he travelled and studied in Rome and at University College Dublin, and made a home in England with Mary.

His wish was to be laid to rest in Ireland close to his brother Brendan Cardiff and sister Maureen Hannigan in Mount Venus cemetery. A funeral service will take place at Mount Jerome Victorian Chapel, Dublin, at 10am on 20th December. The service can be watched live at https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/
