James Comerford
COMERFORD (Glanmire,Cork/Birmingham, England/Grangemockler, Co.Tipperary): On April 14th, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his family at St. Francis Home Fermoy, JAMES, beloved husband of the late Mary (Moira) Comerford and loving father to Paul, Gerard, Margaret and Stella, adored grandad of Michael, Ryan, James, Karen and the late Cillian.
Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Catherine (Casey) and Mairead (Mulligan), Margaret’s partner John Kavanagh and Stella’s partner Nick Payne, granddaughter-in-law Ciara (Sexton), sisters Mary (Tyrrell) and Anastacia (Murray), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire on Friday (April 17th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 1.00pm on Saturday (April 18th) in St.Joseph’s Church, Springhill, Glanmire which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to Kilcrumper New Cemetery, Fermoy
