September 8th, 1963 - August 13th, 2024

(Peacefully) with his family by his side, at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar.

Pre-deceased by his father, Gerald and his infant son, Gerald.

James will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughter Saoirse, sons Seamus and Sean, his mother Una, brothers John, Gerry and Noel, sisters Ann, Caroline, Evelyn and Geraldine, aunt Claire, his children’s mother Teresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, cousins, neighbours, staff and many friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

James will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Friday from 5pm until 8pm.

James will be removed from the family home (Convent Road) on Saturday at 11.30am to St. Nathy’s Cathedral, Ballaghaderreen arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 12noon, followed by interment in Kilcolman Cemetery.
