James G (Jimmy) Evans

EVANS, James G (Jimmy) aged 92 – (Churchtown and formerly of AIB) 26th September 2025 (unexpectedly, on his way home from the bookies!). Predeceased by his brother Peter and sister Marjorie. He will be deeply missed and remembered with much love and affection by his sister Jean, brother Douglas, his cherished nieces and nephews, extended family and his very good neighbours and friends.

 

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Wednesday afternoon (1st October) from 3pm to 5pm.

Complimentary car parking is available at the old Dundrum Shopping Centre (Lidl) car park - entrance on Dundrum Village Main Street (not Dundrum Town Centre Car Park). Tickets to exit car park, free of charge, available on request at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum.

 

Removal on Thursday morning (2nd October) to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross arriving for 10am service followed by cremation.
