Rathmeel Lawns, Ballina, Co. Mayo, and formerly of March Way, Coventry, UK and Carrowcarden, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo.
The death has occurred peacefully at the Mayo Roscommon Hospice on Friday 17th April 2026, of James Goodwin surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his daughter Sandra Marie, his father Robert and mother Elizabeth Goodwin.
Beloved husband of Anne and dear father of James, and Finola.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, his brothers Robin and John and his sister Florence, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
At Rest.
Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home Ballina (Eircode F26 V274) on Tuesday 21st of April from 11:00am with removal at 12:30pm to Killanley Church of Ireland, for a 1:00pm service followed by burial in Killanley Cemetery.
