The death has occurred of
James (Jem) Matthews
Matthews, Carmelite Cottages, Marsh Rd, Drogheda and formerly of Ship St. 27th July 2019. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. James (Jem), beloved husband of Frances and loving dad to Jim, Bernard and Gerard. Sadly missed by his wife and sons, daughters in law Susan and Fiona, grandchildren Jenny, David, Lynne, Sarah and Sinead, great grandchildren Ellen, Tiffany, Jade, Chloe, Cara and Isabelle, sisters in law Betty and Ann, brother in law Joe, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes from 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock on Monday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 11.15am, arriving to St Mary’s Church, James’ St. for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery.
