James (Jim) Acton

James (Jim) Acton, Derryvode, Williamstown, Co. Galway. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the staff at Roscommon University Hospital. Pre-deceased by his parents John and Teresa Acton and infant son John.

James will be deeply missed by his loving wife Mary, sons Declan and Brian, daughter Caroline (Potter), sisters Mary Frances (Milltown), Loretta (Granlahan), Patricia (Lismore) and Kitty (Thurles), son-in-law Aidan (Potter), daughter-in-law Fiona (O'Dea), adoring grandchildren, Alyssa, Kara, Jack, Saorla and Riona, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home in Derryvode, Williamstown, Co. Galway (F45 AP95) on Saturday September 17th from 5.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. Removal from his home for Funeral mass on Sunday 18th September at 1.00 p.m. in St. Therese's Church, Williamstown followed by burial in Carraroe Cemetery.

House private on Sunday morning please.
