James (Jim) Barry
BARRY (Arderin Way, The Glen, Cork): On October 30th, 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family at the Cork University Hospital, JAMES (JIM), dearly loved husband of Sheila (née Healy), loving father of Michael, Peter, Helen and Sarah. Brother of Anne and the late Joe, Ted, Carrie and Breda, father-in-law of the recently deceased Teodoro.
Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, grandchildren Fionn, Siún, Reuben, Zelda, Meiling, Kai, Feng, Poppy and Charlie, daughters-in-law Alice and Amanda, son-in-law Jack (Xue Jie), relatives, and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Saturday (November 1st) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.
Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
No flowers please donations if desired to Cork University Hospital.
