The death has occurred of James (Jim) Benson, Station Road, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. Jim passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 9th, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Miriam, children Peter, Pamela and Jim, daughters in law Claire and Jean, son in law Christopher, adored grandchildren Matthew, Patrick, Conor, Sophia, Anna and Louie, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Somers Funeral Home, Bagenalstown on Monday from 4.oc to 8.oc with Rosary that evening at 7.30oc. Removal on Tuesday morning arriving at St Andrew's Church, Bagenalstown for Requiem Mass at 11.oc. Private family cremation will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Wednesday. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Motor Neurons Association.
