Formerly of Ballycrissane, Killimor, Co. Galway.

Jim passed peacefully from this life, surrounded by his loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Holy Family Nursing Home Killimor on
Wednesday 19th February 2025.

Predeceased by his father John Briscoe, his mother Francis Briscoe (nee O’Donnell),
sisters Kathleen, Maureen, Bernie, Lizzie, Katie, and Peggy.

Jim will be deeply missed and always remembered by his loving wife Mary Briscoe (nee Dolan), sons Paul, Declan and Alan, Paul’s partner Ruth, and his cherished brothers Seanie, Thomas and Tony and his sister Bridgie, brother-in-law Martin, cherished friend Paddy O’Donnell and family, nieces, nephews, members of the extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Jim will repose in St Joseph's Centre, Killimor, (H53 YD36) on Saturday 22nd February from 4pm to 6pm.
Funeral cortége will arrive at St Joseph's Church, Killimor, (H53 T621) at 11.15am on Sunday 23rd February for Mass at 11.30am.
Burial will take place after Mass in the adjoining cemetery.
