The death has occurred of James Patrick Burke, Kilphelan, Mitchelstown, predeceased by his father Michael (Mick) Burke.
It is with such heartbreak and regret that we have to announce the sudden passing of James (Jim) Burke.
James passed away peacefully on Thursday 6th October 2022, surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful ICU team at Cork University Hospital.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Mary (nee Browne), sons Pierce and Nathan, daughter Ella, his mother Eily (nee Masterson), brothers John and Michael, sisters Mary (Kennedy) and Anne (Murphy), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May James Rest in Peace.
Reposing at The Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, Mitchelstown, P67 DX81 on Sunday evening (9th October) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Requiem Mass at The Church of the Holy Family, Curraghagalla, P61 WP82 on Monday (10th October) at 2 p.m. followed by a private cremation.
