James (Jim) Carolan

Carolan, James (Jim) 28th January 2026. (Fettercairn, Tallaght and formerly of Belfast) Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff in St Catherine's ward in Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.

Beloved husband and best friend to Pauline and loving and devoted dad to Amy, Kim, Ashley, Stacey, Seán and Nicole: Jim will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his heartbroken family, wife, children, his adored grandchildren Darragh, Lauren, Ryan, Anna, Sophia, Isabelle, Layla, Sienna, Amelia, Hollie, Tommy, Lucia, Seán, and Rían, great granddaughter Clodagh, sons-in-law Glen, Mick, Christopher, Seán and Stephen, daughter-in-law Chelsea, sisters Marie and Teresa, brothers Sean and the late Gerard, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, wide circle of friends, especially Peter and Mick and neighbours.

Reposing at his home on Friday (30th January) from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (31st January) at 12noon in the Church of the Incarnation, Fettercairn, followed by cremation in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium at 1:45pm.
