James (Jim) Cash

The death has occurred of James (Jim) Cash, Churchfields Heights, Castletown, Co. Laois, peacefully on 15th July 2024 surrounded by his loving wife Anne and their family at Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Anne, their seven daughters, two sons, grandchildren, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, grandchildren, sons-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends, he will be sadly missed also by his best friend and brother Nedser.

May Jim Rest in Peace

Jim will repose in St. Fintan's Church, Mountrath on Thursday, 18th July 2024, from 5.30pm to 7pm for family and friends. Reception prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place at 10am on Friday, 19th July 2024, in St. Fintan's Church, Mountrath. Interment to follow in Ss Peter and Paul's Cemetery, Portlaoise.

The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and carers at Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, for the excellent care they gave Jim.
