James (Jim) Dempsey, Cloncrave, Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath and formerly Main Street, Milltownpass, passed away 4th January, (suddenly but peacefully) at his home with his heartbroken family by his side. Pre-deceased by his parents Thomas and Anna and sister Margaret (Leonard). He will be sadly missed by his devoted wife and best friend Mary, sons Tony and Paul, daughters Annemarie (Slevin) and Geraldine, daughter-in-law Sharon, son-in-law Brendan, his adored grandchildren Holly, Éilis, James, Róisín, Aoife and Ronan, brothers Seán, Tom, Richard and Michael, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May James' Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at John Healy's Chapel of Rest, Rochfortbridge (N91 R291) on Thursday from 5.30pm until 7.30pm. In order to comply with current guidelines, hand shaking is not advised and this will be a walk by only. Removal on Friday from the Chapel of Rest, via Milltownpass to arrive at the St Mary's Church, Kinnegad for 12noon Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in St Finian's Cemetery, Clonard. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the MRI scanner appeal (Mullingar).
