The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Dempsey
Dempsey, Abbeyville and formerly of Connolly Street, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, 16th March 2025, peacefully at home, in the loving care of his family. James (Jim) beloved husband and best friend of Dolores (née Hurley), loving dad of Tracy, Edward and James, proud grandad of Catherine, Timothy, Julia-May and Moya, treasured brother of Betty, Jean, Ned, Maureen and Peter. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, son-in-law Billy, daughter-in-law Trish, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
May Jim Rest in Peace.
Jim will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home, Arklow (Y14 PT80) on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm, with removal on Wednesday morning at 9.30am to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow arriving for Mass at 10am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
