The death has occurred of
James (Jim) GILLIGAN
James (Jim) Gilligan, Coolbanagher, Emo and late of the Knocks, Ballyfin, Co. Laois. Died 16th January 2017 - peacefully, at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Sadly missed by his loving wife Anne (neé Thompson), sons Martin, Michael and Desmond, and daughter Shirley, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Burke's Funeral Home, Mountrath, on Wednesay evening from 8 o'clock, with rosary at 9 o'clock. Removal on Thursday morning to St. Fintan's Church, Ballyfin, for Requiem Mass at 11 o'clock, followed by burial in St. Fintan's Cemetery, Ballyfin.
