James (Jim) Grimes

Grimes James (Jim) (Skerries, Stepaside and Carrickmines Co. Dublin) December 10, 2021. Peacefully, with his family, after the kind care from the staff in St. Vincent’s University Hospital and Glebe House Nursing Home, Kilternan. Jim will be sadly missed by his dearly beloved wife Marian, his children Matt, Maria, Christopher, Peter and Aisling, his cherished grandchildren Katie, James, Julie, Rachel, Christopher, Jennifer, Caroline, Petra, Luca, Morgan & Eoin, his daughters & sons in-law  Ann, Trevor, Luci, Pippa & Juan, his brothers Willie, Matt, Christy, pre-deceased by Bartle, John and sister Esther, extended family, relatives and a very wide circle of friends. 

May Jim now rest in peace.

Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown on Monday 13th December from 5pm to 7pm for family and close friends. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 14th  December at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Sandyford. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the following link: https://sandyfordparish.org/webcam/  followed by burial in Glencullen Cemetery.
