James (Jim) Hennessy

Peacefully after a short illness. In the wonderful care of the staff of Tipperary University Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John and Elizabeth, brother David, sisters Bridie Kearney and Sr Hilary. Jim will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kathleen, sons John, Kevin and Brian, daughters Geraldine O' Sullivan (Boherlahan) and Brenda Dempsey (Bouladuff), grandchildren Liam, Michael, James, Ben, James, Cormac, Claire, Aoife, Siobhan and Fiona, daughters-in-law Annmarie, Geraldine and Deirdre, sons-in-law Mick and Paul, brothers Pat (Hospital, Co. Limerick) and Noel (Dundrum), sisters-in-law Mary, Genevieve, Agnes and Sheila, relatives, former colleagues in AFT and An Teagasc, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Monday 17th November from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at Holycross Abbey on Tuesday 18th November at 11.30am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
