At Waterford University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his wife Peggy and son Declan. Deeply regretted by his daughters Georgette (Walsh), Kay (Mooney), grandchildren Dylan, Leah, Alicia, Gillian, Kayla, Aaron, sons-in-law William and Ger, daughter-in-law Caitriona (Power), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, Kilkenny, on Saturday evening from 4p.m. with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 7p.m. Funeral Mass on Sunday in the Church of the Assumption, Gowran, at 2p.m. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
