James (Jim) Manning, Belfield, Gaybrook, Mullingar, in his 98th year, passed away 7th July (peacefully) at home, after a long illness, borne with great courage and dignity. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Josie, sisters Mary and Rose, brothers Jack and Martin. He will be sadly missed by his devoted family, son Noel, daughter Marie, daughter-in-law Claire, son-in-law Henry, his adored and cherished grandchildren David, Niall, Holly and Alan, sister Kathleen, brother Oliver, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, his good friend Pat Flanagan and a wide circle of friends.
May Jim's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at John Healy's Chapel of Rest, Rochfortbridge (N91R291) on Sunday (9th July) from 7.30pm until prayers at 9.30pm. Funeral Mass on Monday in St Joseph's Church, Milltownpass at 2pm followed by burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Daffodils Nursing Centre.
House private on Monday morning.
