The untimely death has occurred of James (Jim) McGoldrick on 11th March, 2025, following a short illness. Pre-deceased by his father Thomas and father-in-law Denis. Sadly missed by his loving wife Bríd, their sons Denis and Ronan and daughter Darina, cherished grandsons Tadhg and Cian, his mother Nellie, mother-in-law Bridie, brothers Dessie, Aidan and Mark, sisters Ann, Sandra and Sheila, daughter-in-law Gráinne and soon to be daughter-in-law Julie, aunt Conchessa , sisters-in-law , brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and neighbours.
May he rest in peace.
Jim was a generous friend to many and will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Please send Prayers and special consideration at this time to his colleagues and the residents of Longford/Westmeath Mental Health Service, the members of Killoe GAA club and the Killoe Men’s Shed, all whose company he greatly enjoyed.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, Longford (N39 EC81) on Saturday 15th March from 4:00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm, Mass of the Resurrection in St. Mary’s Church , Ennybegs on Sunday 16th March at 1.00pm with burial afterwards in Cullyfad Cemetery.
