The death has occurred of
James (Jim) Murphy
A funeral service for our much loved Dad and Grandad, James Patrick “Jim” Murphy, age 74, of Wembley, London, will be held at 11am on Saturday, 22nd October, at St James' Catholic Church, Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The burial will follow at Ballinakilla Cemetery, Glenbeigh. The Mass will be live streamed at https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-james-church-glenbeigh
We will be holding a vigil for Jim’s friends and family to pay their respects at Brennan’s Undertakers between 5-6pm in Glenbeigh, Co Kerry, on Friday 21 October.
He was born on 18 March 1948 in London to the late James and Catherine Murphy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary and his sister Philomena Dolen.
Jim is survived by his three children, David Murphy, Kevin Murphy, and Fiona Murphy-Alexander and four grandchildren: Luke Murphy, Amelie Murphy, Caitlin Murphy, and Aidan Murphy; his brothers Richard Murphy and Michael O’Regan and sister Ann Horn.
