Peacefully after a long illness bravely borne surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Dolly, brother William, sister Nora, daughter in law Suzanne and granddaughter Rose. Sadly missed by his loving family, wife Anne, daughter Sally, sons P.J. and Jason and their partners, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, relatives, extended family and friends and his good friend Marie Nash.

Reposing at Whelan’s Funeral Home, Bansha Road, Tipperary on Thursday evening March 19th 2026 from 5.30pm to 7pm. Mass for James will take place in St.Patrick's Church, Cullen on Friday March 20th 2026 at 11.30am and burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
