The death has occurred of
JAMES (JIM) O'CONNOR
O’Connor (Knocknahorgan – Landsdown Court) On December 15th 2025, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Bridhaven Nursing Home, James (Jim) (Snr.) (late of 3 Garrison M.P.C., Collins Barracks and Carrigaline Pipe Band), predeceased by his son J.J., sister Breda and brother Tadgh. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters Martina and Eileen, son Jim, their mother Kathleen, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Jeremiah, sisters Mary, Christina, Josie and Margaret, daughter-in-law Rose, son-in-law Kieran, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Sullivans Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Wednesday (17th) from 5:00pm until 6:00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (18th) at 12:00noon in St. Joseph’s Church, Spring Hill, Glanmire which may be viewed here (Link Here). Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Little Island.
