The death has occurred of
James (Jim) O'Donnell
(Formerly St. Agnes Park, Crumlin)
Jim passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Nursing Home, Galway. Beloved husband of Cathy and much loved father of Emmet, Cáit and Sorcha. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife and children, sister Fidelma, brother-in-law Jim, sons-in-law David and John, daughter-in-law Sandra, his adored grandchildren Seán, Emer, Kate, Áine, Aoibhe, Sebastian and Éanna, the extended O'Donnell and MacEoin family, neighbours, friends and his many former colleagues at University of Galway.
Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) on Thursday, 19 January, from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Jim on Friday, 20 January, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery.
